Speaking

Talks that send leaders home knowing something about themselves.

Mark speaks to CEO peer groups, leadership teams and sales organizations about one question: why do capable people perform so differently under different conditions?

Every session is built around the people in the room. They leave with a clearer read on how they operate under pressure, not just a page of notes.

Talks and workshops

Three sessions. Each one built around the room.

Every session can be shaped to the group, the length of time and what the organizer wants people to walk out with.

Workshop · CEO and owner peer groups

The trade you didn't know you were making.

Most leaders are giving something up to keep the company moving. Usually it's rest, the people closest to them, or any sense of who they are outside of work. Most of them have never put a number on it.

Before the session, each member takes the Founder Operating Blueprint, a short private assessment. In the room, five patterns give the group a shared language: The Workaholic, The Caretaker, The Drifter, The People Pleaser and The Plateau. People can talk honestly about what's going on without anyone showing a score.

Reports are private. Nobody else sees them, including the organizer. Members share only what they choose.

People leave with
  • Their own pattern and what it is costing them
  • The leadership habit that shapes how their company runs
  • One practice to start that week
Keynote · Conferences, company events, offsites

Same person. Different day.

Why does a capable person perform brilliantly one week and struggle the next? Mark answers that with what he has seen in four very different rooms: people going through the hardest stretch of their lives, D1 and D2 athletes measured every day, sales teams measured every call, and leaders running growing companies.

The pattern holds in all four. Performance is influenced by more than knowledge and technique. What a person believes about themselves in the moment shows up in their results.

People leave with
  • The five dimensions behind consistent performance
  • Why comparing people to their own best days beats team averages
  • How to spot a bad stretch before it shows in the numbers
Talk or workshop · Sales leaders and owners

Stop coaching every salesperson the same way.

Mark scaled his own coaching company to $200K a month and went through more than 50 closers along the way. At $200K he raised the price and turned up the pressure. His best closer walked away.

That lesson changed how he sees sales teams. Every rep performs under their own conditions, and one-size coaching costs you your best people.

People leave with
  • Why the same pressure lifts one rep and sinks another
  • What to check before you hire, train or replace
  • How to see a slump coming before the close rate drops
How a session works

Built around the people in the room.

  • Before

A short call with the organizer about the group, the goal and the time available. For workshops, members take the Blueprint ahead of time.

  • In the room

Real examples, direct questions and live discussion. Mark speaks the way he works with clients: plainly, and without hype.

  • After

Everyone leaves with one thing to put into practice. Members who want to go further can book a private conversation.
